Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; 3+ years experience in sales coordination or project coordination.
• Experience in technical service, industrial, defense, or calibration environments is preferred.
• CRM and project management software experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director with day-to-day execution of business development initiatives and strategic account activities.
• Identify, research, and track prospective customers, target accounts, and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research on companies, industries, contracts and customer requirements for meetings and calls.
• Maintain target account lists and coordinate materials for proposals, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Support CRM pipeline management with notes, stages, values, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate communications with strategic customers, partners, and internal teams.
