Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS) is expanding its sales team and seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the Calibration business across Northern California and additional territories.

You will drive revenue by expanding customer contacts, developing and managing long-term relationships, and delivering innovative solutions across aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, health and life sciences, and defense.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales leads and collect client information to hit growth targets
• Outside selling to 150–200 customer locations, expanding relationships
• Inform clients about ATS services and provide demonstrations
• Cultivate relationships with existing clients to secure future business
• Use negotiation skills to close deals
• Use CRM software and update the database regularly
• Support industry and Company events, retailer demos, trade shows, and trainings
• Collaborate with peers to ensure coordination across departments
