Job summary

Equipment & Controls, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its Instrumentation Services portfolio across the Lawrence, PA region.

You will identify new service opportunities, grow relationships within large accounts, and promote startup, commissioning, calibration, outage support, and lifecycle services to achieve revenue goals. Collaborate with internal sales teams and leaders to develop strategic account plans and deliver compelling value propositions, ensuring successful

Qualifications

Four-year degree or equivalent industry experience.
Experience selling into large, complex accounts.
Understanding instrumentation, reliability, maintenance, or industrial service applications.
Strong presentation, consultative selling, interpersonal, account planning, and communication skills.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across business units.
Proven ability to penetrate new accounts and manage territory activity.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new service opportunities across startup, commissioning, calibration, and outage support.
Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on revenue and margins.
Position instrumentation capabilities and create differentiated value propositions.
Deliver formal presentations highlighting capabilities and service offerings.
Build strong long-term customer relationships through proactive communication.
