• 14+ years in professional services, business development, or sales enablement.
• Experience coaching attorneys and senior professionals on client development.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical tools and actions.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERM, and BD technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and evolution of the firm’s business development coaching and training platform.
• Build curriculum around pipeline development, client conversations, relationship expansion, cross-selling, and pursuit strategy.
• Embed commercial skills into onboarding and ongoing attorney development.
• Work with external vendors and subject matter experts to bring leading practices to market.
• Provide practical coaching on live opportunities, client relationships, and pipeline activity.
• Define metrics for participation, engagement, adoption, and business impact.
• Lead pilots and targeted rollouts to scale commercial excellence initiatives.
