Job summary

Mintz LLP is seeking an MBD Systems Training & Enablement Manager to lead training for Salesforce CRM and other MBD technologies across the firm. You will translate functionality into practical workflows that support client relationships and business development.

You will work with MBD Operations, Business Development, Marketing, and Technology to design role-based learning, deliver live and virtual sessions, coaching, and self-service resources, and to measure adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience translating technology into practical workflows for professional audiences.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for Salesforce CRM and other MBD technologies for attorneys and staff.
• Design role-based learning experiences reflecting how different audiences use technology.
• Deliver training via live sessions, virtual programs, workshops, coaching, onboarding, and self-service learning.
• Translate system functionality into practical workflows tied to client relationships, opportunity development, and growth.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, videos, FAQs, and support resources.
• Provide coaching to strengthen confidence and integrate MBD tech into daily activities.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and usage; analyze feedback to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Technology to develop adoption reporting and measure business impact.
