Qualifications

• Eight years of professional marketing, business development, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Strategic practice, client development, and ROI tracking.
• Consult with leaders to develop marketing and client plans.
• Attend meetings and support practice initiatives with analytics.
• Identify opportunities using data analytics and market trends.
• Manage marketing collateral, databases, and contact lists.
• Coordinate proposals, pitches, and presentations for RFIs/RFPs.
• Lead submissions for rankings, awards, and industry surveys.
• Oversee budgets, events, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
