Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and client development plans for the practice groups
• Attend and contribute to group meetings and planning sessions
• Track ROI and evaluate past initiatives
• Identify business development opportunities using data analytics and market trends
• Manage and refine the practice's business development infrastructure (collateral, databases, lists)
• Coordinate with Market Intelligence for research to aid development initiatives
• Lead RFPs and pitches; mentor junior staff
• Prepare submissions for rankings, awards, and industry surveys
• Collaborate with regional marketing and communications teams
• Assist with budgets and team meeting coordination
• Participate in hiring and staff development
