Job summary

Assured Information Security, Inc. (AIS) is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead capture and proposal activities across DoD and Intelligence markets.

You will research opportunities, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and help develop solutions while ensuring alignment throughout the capture and proposal lifecycle. The role requires TS/SCI with poly preferred, 8+ years in capture/proposal and 5+ years in DoD/Intel cyber or C5ISR, plus familiarity with FAR-based processes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of capture/proposal experience or equivalent
• Experience with DoD/Intel cyber and/or C5ISR operations
• Familiarity with FAR/non-FAR acquisition authorities and OTA/BAAs

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the BD lifecycle from opportunity identification to win strategy.
• Coordinate schedules/budgets for opportunities, proposals, and branding activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to identify new opportunities and craft solutions.
• Research DoD/Intelligence agencies for growth and perform customer outreach.
• Deliver capability briefings and participate in conferences/tradeshows to build AIS brand.
• Contribute to integrated capture strategies and bid/no-bid recommendations.
• Develop and maintain industry partner teaming relationships and proposal content.
