Job summary

Assured Information Security (AIS) seeks a Business Development Manager to drive opportunity identification and capture planning for DoD and Intelligence markets. You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to pursue growth, develop solutions, and align across the capture lifecycle.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance and 5+ years in DoD/Intel cyber domains. You will lead win strategies, manage proposals, and build strong industry relationships while delivering capability briefings and

Qualifications

• 8 years of capture, proposal development, and customer account planning/relationship experience or equivalent.
• 5 years of DoD/Intel cyber and/or C5ISR operations experience.
• Experience with DoD/Intelligence customers and federal acquisition methods.
• Understanding of Defense industry and federal procurement processes.
• Familiarity with beta.SAM.gov and GovWin for research.
• Experience writing or editing proposal content and Shipley process exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own independent execution across the BD lifecycle with focus on opportunity qualification and capture plans.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to identify opportunities and support win strategies.
• Research and target DoD and Intelligence agencies for growth and customer outreach.
• Provide capability briefings and participate in conferences to build AIS brand.
• Support bid/no-bid decisions and manage tasks throughout proposal and award processes.
• Build and maintain teaming relationships with industry partners.
• Create and edit proposal materials and deliver opportunity status reports.
