Job summary

Enbridge seeks a strategic and commercially focused Manager Business Development to lead the crude gathering system's commercial agenda. You will steer strategy, enhance revenue, optimize asset use, and build strong relationships with producers, marketers, and partners.

The role requires strong negotiation, market insight, and cross-functional leadership to translate opportunities into actionable plans and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in upstream/midstream oil & gas with commercial/business development focus.
• Deep understanding of crude markets, pipelines, and regulations.
• Experience with acreage dedications, crude marketing, and producer economics.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close midstream agreements.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the crude gathering system.
• Lead negotiation and management of complex commercial agreements.
• Identify growth opportunities: expansions, well connects, JV, acquisitions.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, VCO, and executives to align commitments.
