Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, strategy, or commercial roles.
• Prior people-management experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in growth-oriented environments.

Responsibilities
