Job summary

Nidec Automation is seeking a Market Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive business performance, enhance customer engagement, and support profitability. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to shape pricing, customer programs, and portfolio expansion.

You will analyze market trends, develop go-to-market strategies, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to help grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy, pricing, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.
• Experience developing and managing pricing strategies and customer programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Create and implement pricing strategies that optimize profitability and competitiveness.
• Manage and enhance customer-facing programs, including incentive, loyalty, stocking, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to identify new product and portfolio expansion opportunities.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to provide actionable business recommendations.
• Serve as a key commercial liaison between customers and internal stakeholders across operations, supply chain, sales, and engineering.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive strategic alignment and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop go-to-market strategies that balance customer needs with operational capabilities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure program effectiveness, pricing performance, and product success.
• Build compelling business cases and present recommendations, results, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
