Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Application Engineering, Product Development, or Technical Project Management, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience working in global corporate environments and a strong understanding of market benchmarking and competitive analysis.
• Solid expertise in Requirements Management and Change Management protocols.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build long-term professional relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Technical Customer Management: Lead technical consultant, manage all customer interactions, lead technical reviews, and ensure proactive responses to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with KAMs to identify technology trends and promote deployment of latest innovations.
• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Coordinate with R&D, PM, and QA to meet Quality, Design, and Cost targets.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee lifecycle of Requirements Engineering, Change Management, and Problem Resolution processes with attention to detail.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain documentation (OPLs and MoMs) for transparency and synchronization across departments.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify bottlenecks and work with senior management to secure strategic objectives.
