FBT Gibbons LLP seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Practice Groups, Industry Teams, and firm leadership, crafting BD strategies that drive revenue for corporate and transactional practices.

You will translate legal services into growth opportunities, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and manage BD budgets and metrics while traveling as needed across the firm's footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in B2B professional services with 3+ years of management.
• Strong understanding of corporate and transactional legal services.
• Ability to translate legal services into growth opportunities.
• Proficiency with CRM and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD strategy for Corporate, M&A, Private Equity practices.
• Identify growth opportunities with attorneys and leadership.
• Analyze data to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute BD plans and client initiatives.
• Oversee proposals, pitches, and BD pursuits.
• Manage budgets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth.
