Job summary

Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, seeks a Business Development Expert focused in AI Factory / Big Tech / Semiconductors / Data Centers on the West Coast (location flexible). You will lead strategic opportunities and coordinate cross-functional teams to advance deals through the full lifecycle.

You will build trusted client relationships, develop capture strategies, articulate 3DS value, and work with executive stakeholders to shape opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
• 12+ years of proven experience in strategic sales, business development, or go-to-market leadership
• Strong AI Factory / AI Infrastructure Industry Knowledge (semiconductor, data centers)
• Strong Knowledge of the full sales cycle
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions
• Effective Relationship BuildingSkills
• Effective Presentation Skills
• Negotiation and Deal Management Skills
• Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders early in the opportunity lifecycle to shape requirements and align expectations
• Maintain understanding of market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
• Evaluate opportunities based on strategic alignment, customer relevance, competitive positioning, risk, and value creation
• Create capture strategies with win themes, differentiators, and partner approaches
• Develop strategic narratives connecting 3DS capabilities to customer priorities
• Coordinate sales, industry, value creation, technical, and partner stakeholders for alignment
• Drive momentum and manage risks through the opportunity lifecycle
• Lead or support negotiations, proposals, and customer presentations to secure outcomes
• Maintain a transparent opportunity pipeline and contribute to revenue forecasting
