Job summary

Considine Search is seeking a Business Development Manager-Transactional for a leading national law firm. The role drives BD initiatives for the Transactional Department and practice groups, serving as the BD contact for attorneys and coordinating with Clients & Markets teams to deliver high-quality service.

You will support pitches, RFPs, market research, tailored materials, events, and sponsorships while building relationships across offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum eight to ten years in legal or professional services marketing.
• At least three years of demonstrated people management experience.
• Knowledge of corporate practice areas and deal types is a plus.
• Strong project management, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to build relationships across levels and offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD projects for practice groups to meet new business goals.
• Develop pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Offer strategic advice to attorneys for client expansion.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with partners in the department.
• Oversee marketing collateral, deal lists and bios to reflect strengths.
• Manage databases and reports for corporate deals and matters.
