• Translate data, market insight, and client intelligence into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Advise partners and practice leaders to develop and implement strategic BD plans.
• Support growth priorities, target clients, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead pitches, proposals, and RFP responses with attorneys and experts.
• Develop knowledge of SFS practices, clients, and regulatory developments.
• Plan and execute client events, sponsorships, seminars, and BD programs.
• Collaborate with attorneys on client plans, relationship mapping, and growth.
• Oversee directory and award submissions for SFS practices as needed.
• Work with marketing to advance thought leadership opportunities.
• Assist with onboarding and development of BD team members.
