NV5 is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand market presence in the Midwest. You will drive strategy, manage client outreach, proposal development, and opportunity qualification while collaborating with engineering teams to convert opportunities into revenue.

The role requires strong relationship-building, sales process experience, and the ability to lead a team toward closing more bids across industrial, higher education, and commercial sectors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Experience in Engineering Consulting preferred in Industrial, Higher Education, and Commercial markets.
• 3 years minimum in business development; 10–15 years in engineering consulting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute multi-year business development strategies.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and positioning.
• Develop relationships with developers, owners, and service providers to expand NV5 opportunities.
• Coordinate with leadership to create and execute strategic plans.
• Mentor and develop a seller-doer team to close more opportunities.
