Enbridge seeks a strategic, commercially driven leader to head the commercial success of our crude gathering business in the Permian Basin. As Manager, Business Development, you will develop and execute long-term commercial strategies, drive revenue growth, optimize asset utilization, and strengthen customer relationships.

You will serve as a key link between producers, marketers, operations, engineering, and executive leadership, negotiating complex midstream agreements and translating market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, business, economics or related field.
• 8+ years of upstream/midstream oil & gas experience with a strong commercial, business development or marketing background.
• Deep understanding of crude oil markets, pipeline operations, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Extensive experience with acreage dedications, crude oil marketing, and producer/wellhead economics.
• Proven success negotiating and closing complex midstream agreements in crude gathering and transportation.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, market insight and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the crude gathering system, driving revenue growth and asset value.
• Lead negotiation and management of complex commercial agreements with producers, marketers, and strategic partners.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities including system expansions, well connects, interconnects, joint ventures, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering and executive leadership to align commitments with business objectives and ensure contractual compliance.
