Job summary

Dentons US LLP is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Development to drive the firm’s BD initiatives across practice areas. You will coordinate Pitches, proposals, credentials, and client-facing materials, while supporting strategy, research and visibility efforts.

The role demands strong organization, proactive problem-solving and interaction with senior-level stakeholders. This hybrid position requires collaboration across lawyers and BD teams, managing deadlines and maintaining data

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business development or marketing experience in a professional services environment; law firm experience preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear messaging.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication, presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support RFPs, proposals and pitches across practice areas, tailoring content to client needs and ensuring timely submission.
• Draft and coordinate content for proposals, presentations and materials aligned with firm branding and priorities.
• Maintain and update pitch materials and collateral reflecting recent experience and team changes across practice groups.
• Use CRM tools to support client targeting, tracking and information sharing.
