Job summary

Holland & Knight, a leading law firm, seeks a Business Development Coordinator to support marketing and BD initiatives across practice groups and industries. You will manage projects, coordinate events and assist with pitch materials, RFPs, and submissions with attorneys and the BD team.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and multitasking skills, with a professional, client-focused mindset and knowledge of law firm marketing practices. Office-based in major Florida cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing, business development, or professional services experience.
• Law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage marketing and business development projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate events, webinars, sponsorships, client dinners and receptions.
• Assist with pitch materials, presentations, and RFP responses with attorneys.
• Draft narratives for directories, awards submissions, and rankings timelines.
• Research industries, prospective clients, and firm experience for actionable insights.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, bios, practice group descriptions and case lists.
