Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, or professional services.
• Law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and business development projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate practice events, webinars, and client dinners.
• Assist with pitch materials, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Manage directory submissions and rankings timelines.
• Conduct basic industry and client research to support BD efforts.
• Update marketing collateral and practice group content.
• Engage with attorneys to gather information and respond to requests.
• Draft internal and external communications and social posts.
• Maintain databases and deal tracking for BD reporting.
• Track referrals and prepare periodic outcome reports.
