Holland & Knight in Miami seeks a Business Development Coordinator to support marketing and BD projects for litigation teams. You will manage plans, coordinate events, draft proposals, and help submissions for directories and awards.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of BD experience in a professional services environment, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while partnering with attorneys and the BD team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years in marketing or business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate with attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Project management: plan, coordinate stakeholders and milestones for initiatives.
• Event management: coordinate practice events, webinars, client dinners and reporting.
• Pitch & proposal development: assist with tailored materials and RFP responses.
• Directory & awards submissions: draft narratives and manage timelines.
• Research & analysis: perform industry and client research and summarize findings.
• Collateral maintenance: update marketing materials and bios for consistency.
• Attorney engagement: serve as a reliable marketing contact for attorneys.
