The role blends execution with strategy, requiring strong organization, communication, and a growing understanding of the business of law. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or professional services; law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and BD projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate events, webinars, sponsorships, and client dinners.
• Develop pitches and RFP responses in collaboration with attorneys.
• Draft narratives and manage submission timelines for directories and awards.
• Conduct basic industry and client research with CI team.
• Update marketing collateral, bios, and website content.
• Engage with attorneys to gather information and respond to requests.
• Assist with internal and external communications, press releases, social posts.
• Maintain experience databases and client/mailing lists.
• Track referrals and report on outcomes.
• Perform duties during business hours and assist on special projects.
