Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking a Business Development Account Manager to drive Dodge specifications nationwide. You will develop relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations and collaborate with the Dodge team to expand demand across the United States.

The role requires a mechanical engineering or industrial distribution background, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel within the territory and present effectively in person or virtually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial distribution; 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Dodge product applications and ability to differentiate products.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence customers.
• Advanced negotiation skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships across all customer levels to influence Dodge specifications.
• Build relationships with key accounts and manage assigned territories.
• Engage with regional and national trade organizations to foster demand.
• Coordinate replication of successful sales stories with the Dodge team.
• Drive growth at key accounts through needs assessments.
