Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years in commercial lending or private banking.
• Proven sales track record in commercial banking.
• Strong knowledge of C&I loans, SBA loans and industry-focused lending.
• Experience with international US-China banking activities is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, marketing/sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• High energy, results-driven, and team player.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly/annual goals through generation of C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury, deposits, investments, and international products.
• Collaborate with Regional/Branch Manager to develop customer-centric marketing plans and generate new business.
• Maintain understanding of credit policy and prepare complete loan packages.
• Participate in local/regional business functions and coordinate campaigns.
• Provide input on policies and competitive practices to management.
• Educate customers on using our digital platforms to bank and invest as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
