Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Client Relationship Consultant to build trusted relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual engagement. You will assess needs, explain deposit/loan products, and recommend digital-first solutions for each client.

Open consumer/business accounts, process requests, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver an optimal client experience across channels, while adhering to compliance and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Strong ability to build and foster client relationships through outreach.
• Knowledge of bank policies, products, and digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and recommend suitable solutions.
• Open accounts, process service requests, and submit credit applications.
• Develop partnerships with branch team members to optimize client experience.
