Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant in the United States. You will build relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel while guiding them through banking products and digital tools.

You will open new accounts, process requests, and educate clients on deposits and loans while collaborating with branch teams to deliver accurate, proactive service and an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities
