City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a tenacious closer to join our Sales Team in a high-velocity, target-driven environment. You will manage full sales cycles from lead generation through close, partnering with account managers to deliver tailored facility services solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B sales with a proven closing record, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience (B2B)
• Track record of closing sales
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales preferred
• Experience selling facility/services or common B2B services is required
• Proficiency with CRM systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients
• Schedule appointments and present solutions to accounts
• Close sales by building rapport and addressing objections
• Prospect at least 20 hours per week
• Maintain CRM records and manage the Hot 25 list
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams
