Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in San Francisco is seeking a tenacious closer to join our Sales Team. You will drive new business from lead generation through the full sales cycle, building rapport with clients and understanding their needs to deliver tailored facility services solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B sales experience, a proven track record of closing, and strong CRM and presentation skills. Eligible to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B inside and outside sales.
• Demonstrated ability to close in B2B short-cycle sales.
• Experience in facility services or related commercial services is required.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and present solutions.
• Close sales by building rapport and addressing objections.
• Conduct minimum of 20 hours of prospecting weekly.
• Maintain CRM with all customer information and Hot 25 list.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams.
