Connecticut Pest Elimination, part of Rollins Inc., is seeking an Account Manager in Connecticut to maximize financial potential through high-performance sales skills. You will inspect commercial properties, propose pest solutions, and drive new business with provided training and tools.

The role offers a base salary plus commissions, a company vehicle and gas card, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a problem solver for commercial clients by utilizing training to decide on pest solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the client’s commercial property.
• Make recommendations to clients based on inspection findings and address questions.
