Job summary

Connecticut Pest Elimination, a full-service pest control company serving commercial and residential clients across Connecticut, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and deliver pest solutions. You’ll use strong sales skills and problem-solving to meet client needs.

You will inspect interiors and exteriors, make recommendations, and help clients understand the process. A competitive compensation package with benefits is included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a problem solver for commercial clients by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilizing marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the client’s commercial property-don’t worry, we teach you how!
• Make recommendations to clients based on your inspection and issues identified by addressing any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
