GSF Car Parts is seeking a Lead Business Development Manager to expand the customer base across Southern branches. You will actively engage with customers, target new accounts, and collaborate with branch teams to identify growth opportunities.

The role requires proven field-sales experience in FMCG or similar sectors, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive digital sales while expanding our own-brand products.

Qualifications

• Proven field-sales experience in FMCG or related environment.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM data to identify target accounts.

Responsibilities

• Grow branch customer base through targeted new business and new accounts.
• Target high potential National/IMT accounts for growth.
• Collaborate with branch team to identify target accounts using CRM and local knowledge.
• Work with National Accounts to identify opportunities and expand share.
• Grow digital sales channels and our own brand products.
• Roll out Parts finder APP across IMT channels and GMS integration.
