Worldpac, Inc. in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Credit Representative to contact customers with past due balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve disputes. You will work with the Credit, Commercial Sales, and Customer First teams to meet KPI targets and ensure timely payments.

Daily duties include aging report monitoring, balance reconciliations, and setting up payment plans. Excellent customer service, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Associates degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in credit and collections or a customer-facing role.
• Effective collections, issue resolution, deduction management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Monitor daily aging reports and follow through on collection to assure delinquents are worked by priority and with proper notes.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers within the AR portfolio.
• Reconcile past due balances with clear communication to customers, sales staff, and management to resolve disputes.
• Resolve disputed and unapplied items on customer accounts.
• Recommend payment plans and decisions to place accounts on hold or with 3rd party collections.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and work in a team-friendly environment.
