Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management or related leadership roles.
• Deep commercial expertise across technology domains: software, cloud, infrastructure, labor or services.
• Proven ability to advise CIO-level executives and influence decisions without relying on authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technology’s strategic commercial partner to translate strategy into integrated category and supplier plans.
• Lead 40+ associate organization of Category Managers and Supplier Managers.
• Shape demand, total cost, risk and strategic implications of commercial decisions.
• Establish procurement as an extension of Technology leadership and drive faster value delivery.
• Drive renewal planning, supplier governance and performance management.
• Partner with Finance to connect commitments and financial outcomes with supplier performance.
• Lead complex negotiations and develop enterprise-wide supplier strategies.
