Humana Inc. is seeking a senior technology procurement leader to serve as the strategic commercial partner to the Technology Leadership Team. This role will own enterprise strategies across software, SaaS, cloud and infrastructure, and will lead a 40+ associate team of category and supplier managers.

The AVP will partner across Technology, Finance, Legal and Risk to optimize supplier economics and drive value, resilience and speed of execution across the technology portfolio.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Management or related leadership roles.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including building and retaining teams.
• Experience overseeing portfolios approaching or exceeding $1 billion in annual spend (Strongly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Technology’s Strategic Commercial Partner and trusted advisor to the Technology Leadership Team.
• Own enterprise strategies for software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, telecom and related services.
• Lead a 40+ associate organization of Category Managers and Supplier Managers.
