Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President, IT Procurement & Supplier Management to lead a 40+ associate team responsible for turning technology spend into business value.

As senior procurement partner to the Technology Leadership Team, you will shape strategy across software, cloud, hardware and services, drive supplier performance, and accelerate decision-making with analytics-enabled, enterprise-wide leverage.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Procurement and related leadership roles.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience managing teams.
• Deep commercial expertise across technology domains (software, cloud, hardware, services).

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology procurement and supplier management for enterprise IT.
• Partner with CIO and Tech Leadership to shape category and supplier strategies.
• Translate technology roadmaps into integrated procurement plans and value outcomes.
• Drive renewal planning, risk management and supplier performance improvements.
