Humana Inc. is seeking anAssociate Vice President of IT Procurement & Supplier Management to lead a 40+ person team and shape how technology spend translates into business value.

You will partner with Technology Leadership, Finance and Risk to drive strategy, supplier economics and risk management. The role emphasizes enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, hardware and services, with a strong emphasis on accelerated decision-making, renewal planning and measurable enterprise impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Management, Technology Finance or related commercial leadership roles.
• Significant leadership responsibility for complex Technology spend and supplier portfolios.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technology’s strategic commercial partner to translate strategy into category and supplier plans.
• Lead 40+ associate team of Category and Supplier Managers.
• Drive value beyond price through licensing, consumption, and risk management.
• Establish governance, scorecards and renewal planning with cross-functional partners.
