Job summary

Apogem Capital is hiring an experienced Assistant Vice President of Strategy to support operations integration and business growth strategy initiatives. The role reports to the Vice President of Strategy and involves program management, benchmark analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across investment, operations, and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, strong analytical abilities, and a track record in product development and strategy within investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a strong record of academic achievement.
• 5–6 years of overall experience, with 3+ years in investment management or consulting in product development/strategy.
• Strong understanding of investment management, operations, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program management of large-scale operations and technology transformation initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and establish governance cadences for milestone tracking.
• Partner with investment, operations, and technology teams to define and prioritize business requirements.
• Support market research and development of strategic perspectives on industry developments and competitive actions.
• Assist with design of cross-functional processes to support growth and evolve operating models.
