Qualifications

• 15+ years in Procurement, Sourcing, Category or Supplier Management.
• 7+ years of people leadership in complex technology spend.
• Deep commercial expertise across software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, telecom or consulting.
• Experience with portfolios approaching or exceeding $1B annual spend preferred.
• Ability to advise CIO-level executives and influence decisions without authority.
• Translate technology and business strategies into category, supplier, demand and
• Strong licensing, subscription, consumption, and managed-service commercial models.
• Experience evaluating total cost of ownership and supplier economics.
• Demonstrated success in strategic supplier governance, performance improvement, risk mitigation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technology’s strategic commercial partner to the Technology Leadership Team.
• Translate strategy and investment priorities into integrated category and supplier strategies.
• Connect planning with procurement sourcing, renewals and value commitments.
• Shape demand and evaluate total cost, risk and strategic implications.
• Deliver executive recommendations covering value, cost, risk and contractual exposure.
• Establish Procurement as an extension of Technology leadership.
• Lead a 40+ associate organization of Category Managers and Supplier Managers.
