Job summary

Humana is seeking an Analyst in Corporate Development and Venture Capital to drive end-to-end deal execution, manage due diligence, and coordinate with external advisors. • 2+ years of experience in finance, transaction accounting, venture capital/private equity, investment banking, consulting, and/or corporate development.
• Experience in M&A and due diligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive deal processes end to end, developing timelines and deal strategies.
• Model the financial profile of the target and support projections.
• Lead cross-functional corporate development projects with senior leadership.
• Convert strategy into business cases and opportunities.
• Manage external relationships with key business partners.
