Strong sales, engineering influence, and executive stakeholder engagement are essential. Ideal candidates bring deep automotive expertise, experience in RFQs, and a proven track record of guiding multi-year programs and pricing negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of automotive sales experience.
• Experience with Tier 1 suppliers and OEM accounts.
• Strong knowledge of automotive design cycles and RFQs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic accounts with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs.
• Develop multi-year account strategies aligned to vehicle roadmaps.
• Manage design cycles and RFQ/RFI processes early.
• Lead pricing, contracts, LTAs, and sourcing discussions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to align roadmaps.
