Job summary

EXPLEO GROUP USA in Troy, Michigan seeks an Automotive Sales Lead to drive growth across automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and mobility organizations. You will lead strategic sales plans, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term customer relationships to expand Expleo's footprint in engineering, quality, validation, manufacturing and technology services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years' automotive sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Proven experience selling to automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Strong understanding of automotive engineering, manufacturing, quality, or technology services.
• Experience managing proposals and customer presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and mobility organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, engineering leaders, and procurement teams.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused engineering and technology solutions.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
