Job summary

E Tech Group in the United States seeks a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across markets. You will lead new business acquisitions, cultivate client relationships, and craft expansion strategies to broaden market presence.

Key responsibilities include pursuing opportunities, positioning as a trusted advisor, and closing high-impact deals with a strategic, partner-driven approach. Travel is required, with an uncapped commission structure. This role reports to the VP of BD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, a technical field, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions or related industries.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Knowledge of industry trends and technical solutions used by customers.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients.
• Master solution selling by listening to client challenges and positioning engineering solutions.
• Position E Tech Group as a main automation partner across accounts.
• Craft and close deals with internal teams through value-driven proposals.
• Manage pipeline with accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
• Develop strategic partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Provide regular updates on BD initiatives, progress, and market trends.
• Act as an ambassador upholding core values and client success.
