Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in customer management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong automation, mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Proven track record of successfully leading a team.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in automation or robotics preferred.
• Experience in controls is desirable.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Sitting or standing for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Services operations and related costs for a customer-focused organization.
• Manage daily operations and plan materials and human resources to meet customer requirements.
• Review financial statements and performance data to drive cost reduction and program improvement.
• Provide input to stakeholders to improve JR Automation products and services.
• Build strong customer relationships and support quotes and sales initiatives.
• Maintain group P&L and budgets and ensure proper training and utilization.
• Travel up to 35% as needed.
