This role will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives while upholding Hitachi's high standards of quality and innovation.**How You’ll Make an Impact:*** Lead and manage all phases of complex projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and executive leadership.* Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans.* Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.* Oversee project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating as necessary.* Communicate project status, progress, and challenges regularly to stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, and team members.* Ensure adherence to JR"s project management methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.* Negotiate with vendors and manage external relationships as required for project success.* Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices**Note:** This list of responsibilities is inclusive; however, it is intended to be a guideline for activities.**What You’ll Bring:*** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.* 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead project management role.* Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.* Strong understanding and practical experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
