You will supervise teams, ensure quality and compliance, develop audit plans, and provide strategic insights to improve controls and reporting.

This role emphasizes mentorship, high standards, and business development to grow client relationships and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• CPA license is required; equivalent IT audit certifications accepted as applicable.
• 5+ years of audit leadership within a CPA firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements across diverse clients.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and firm standards.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships; provide strategic insights for improving controls and reporting.
• Develop comprehensive audit strategies and plans with partners and directors.
• Oversee resource allocation and audit program development.
• Mentor managers, seniors, and staff; foster continuous learning.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, reports, and conclusions per guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for business development and expanded client services.
