Job summary

UHY is seeking an Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, oversee planning and execution, and ensure high-quality outcomes. You will manage teams, maintain client relationships, and provide strategic insights for improvements in financial processes and controls.

You will collaborate with partners to develop audit strategies, allocate resources, and supervise staff while upholding firm standards and regulatory requirements. Travel may be required to serve clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA license is required; equivalent certifications are acceptable for IT audit roles.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience; progressive leadership responsibilities in audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements, planning and execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary contact.
• Develop comprehensive audit strategies with partners and directors.
• Oversee resource allocation, roles, and audit program development.
• Coach and mentor staff, conduct evaluations, and drive quality control.
