Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA license required; equivalents allowed for IT audit.
• 5–8 years of relevant audit experience.
• 5+ years of relevant audit experience within a CPA firm with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in professional service environment such as a CPA firm or financial consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop comprehensive audit strategies and plans.
• Oversee resource allocation and audit program development.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting and auditing issues.
• Coach and mentor audit staff for growth.
• Ensure documentation quality and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for business development.
