Job summary

UHY is seeking an Audit Senior Manager to lead audit engagements, mentor teams, and ensure top-quality service for a diverse client base. You will drive engagement planning, execution, and reporting while maintaining adherence to timelines and budgets.

Ideal candidates will have a CPA, 8+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm, and proven leadership capabilities, with a focus on risk management and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA license is required.
• 8+ years of relevant audit experience, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in a CPA firm or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to conclusion.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships; act as primary contact.
• Develop audit strategies and plans aligned with client objectives and risks.
• Oversee resource allocation, roles, and audit program development.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to managers, seniors, and staff.
